Many stars took this as an opportunity to speak about #TimesUp.

This year’s Golden Globes are a pretty special occasion. Not only is it a night to celebrate the very best in the business – a lot (and we mean A LOT) of stars used the event to take a stand against the horrific sexual assault cases that have come to light recently.

Some celebs even took their point as far as wearing pins featuring the phrase ‘Times Up’ and brought along activists as their plus ones.

Most stars hit the red carpet in head-to-toe black, while some still opted to make a different statement.
