Can’t a girl live?
Kendall Jenner made her red carpet debut at the 2018 Golden Globes yesterday, and she looked simply phenomenal.
Dressed in a strapless Giambattista Valli couture gown with a high-low hem, PVC heels and Lorraine Schwartz jewels, Kendall wowed everyone at the Globes while still rocking black to show her support for the #MeToo movement.
While Kendall definitely had that “wow” factor, online trolls were quick to point out her visible acne – which to be honest, we didn’t even notice.
We won’t give weight to any of the nasty comments about it, but fans were quick to defend her on Twitter, reminding everyone that this year’s Golden Globes was meant to help empower women:

Before mocking Kendall Jenner on her skin at the Golden Globes why not actually think about how having acne would make you feel. I have days where I won’t even leave the house unless I have to, for her to attend an event like that is inspiring to me, it shouldn’t be laughed at 😤

The backlash @KendallJenner is receiving from showing her acne at the Golden Globes tonight? Not okay. Acne is such a sensitive topic. You jerks! SHE LOOKS BEAUTIFUL

Kendall even noticed some of the positive comments coming her way and Tweeted a message of empowerment to everyone dealing with bad skin:
