Meet Cassidy Morris – Bravo’s official Local Host!
Cassidy is originally from Hibiscus Coast, and has spent time living & working in L.A., but has relocated back to Auckland to join the Bravo family. She will be bringing you the dish on all your favourite Bravo shows and Bravolebrities – and a whole lot more!
Here’s five need-to-know facts about this local beauty:
1). She’s model material
Cassidy has been modelling since she was a child, and blossomed into one exceptionally photogenic lady. She’s modelled for both local designers (Stolen Girlfriends Club, PIA, Huffer, Lonely) and brushed shoulders with many international names (ksubi, Adidas, YSL).
2). She keeps up with the Kardashians
Last year, Cassidy made headlines when New Zealand realised one of their own had befriended reality TV royalty (aka Kylie Jenner).
Cassidy has appeared in Instagram and Snapchats posted by Kylie, and the two have a pretty cute friendship. Check out the video below of the two hanging out:
3). She’s a true Kiwi girl
She’s a beach bunny, a local nature lover and supports Kiwi designers (pictured above with Marc Moore of Stolen Girlfriends Club) – which ticks all the boxes for a NZ ‘it’ girl. Oh, and a cute little place called Five Loaves in Herne Bay is her favourite brunch spot!
While Cassidy spent some time advancing her modelling career in L.A., she moved back home to little ol’ New Zealand (because who wouldn’t want to live here?!)
4). She has a unique sense of style
Our new Local Host names Kendall Jenner and Gigi & Bella Hadid as her style inspirations, but we think she has her own vibe going on – and she nails it. Her effortless beachy chic mixed with high fashion looks is definitely a great mix of the laid-back Kiwi attitude and the high-fashion world of the Real Housewives. We want her closet, ASAP!
5). She has an amazing attitude
One thing we love about Cassidy is her lust for life. In a recent interview with Stuff, she mentioned how proactive she is when it comes to seizing the day (especially Mondays!):
“I honestly live by the motto that if you’re dreading Monday then you are not doing what you love. So change whatever you’re doing. Do something on a Monday for you, so you look forward to it instead of dreading it.”
